S cone crusher product introduction:
S cone crusher is a kind of secure crusher , currently the most widely used in the world ,with the characteristics of high quality ,fine products ,even size,long service life ,and high effiency. And it has found its extensive application in the field of non-metal mining, building materials ,sandstone mining and cement ,etc.

S Cone Crusher Structure Features:
1)Multi-crushing chamber:CS Series spring cone crusher has a special design with three types of chambers; as to the differnet situation ,users can choose the crushing chamber which can ensure high effiency,evenly size ,long service life ,and the evenly abrasion of the mantle.
2)Dry oil seals dust :Unique structure to seal dust ,the reliable sealing extended the lubricants’repalcement cycle and the service life of the spare parts .
3) High crusher power:The key components made of the special materials speed up the crushing cavity’s working process.
4)High production: Long crush arms and the long compact distance reduce the load of the sliding berarings ,gears and rack.
5)Low operation cost : Hydraulic-cavity system ,which is easy to operate ,reduces the off- time , with the low consumption and reasonable arragement.
S cone crusher working principle:
1)Driven by the electric-motor ,the eccentric shaft bush will rotate with the triangle belt,small and big bevel gear,big bear,transmission shaft .
2) Driven by the eccentric shaft bush ,the cone crusher axis will move circlely ,which makes the mantle close or leave the cone from time to time .And then the materials will be crushed by continously compacting, striking,and bending in the circle crushing cavity between the fixed and moveable cone.
3)After several times’ repeating ,the materials will be crushed to the required size and then they will be discharged by the discharging opening.
